Trump accused of pocketing gifts worth $300G from National Archives
COMMANDER-IN-THIEF?

FORMER President Donald Trump is under criminal investigation for taking classified documents to his Florida home — and now officials charge he waltzed off with $300,000 in gifts belonging to the country!

More than 100 items — including a large painting of Trump and several sets of golf clubs gifted to him when he occupied the Oval Office — are missing from the National Archives, according to a report issued by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee.

The work of art was received by the U.S. Embassy in El Salvador just prior to the 2020 election, according to U.S. Ambassador Ronald Johnson, who reported the gift, but the committee report says “there are no records of the painting’s disposition.”
