IT'S RAINING ENTERTAINMENT!

A starlit sky where the best of OTT pooled together. A frustrated police officer competed with a serial killer. A mother out to avenge her kids stood cheek by jowl with a journalist framed for murder. The content on the OTT landscape was lined with performances, which probably even Bollywood hasn't seen so far. If Jubilee bagged nine Black Ladies, not to be outdone were Kohraa, Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai and Darlings, which won five trophies each, respectively. Scoop and Monica, O My Darling, won four awards each. Vikramaditya Motwane, who took home the Best Director Series for Jubilee, praised his team for being with him every minute of the journey and trusting his vision. He said that while he might be the one holding the trophy, it belongs to the whole team.

Looking resplendent in black Alia Bhatt won her first OTT trophy in the Best Actor, Web Original Film (Female) category for her first film as a producer, Darlings. Incidentally, her co-star from Darlings, Shefali Shah, won the Best Supporting Actor, Web Original Film (Female) award for the same film. The award was a tie, with Amruta Subhash too winning it for her gutsy performance in Lust Stories 2. A beaming Amruta said that she couldn't have been happier sharing the trophy with such a talent powerhouse like Shefali Shah. Alia also mentioned she had a great time working with Shefali Shah and also thanked the other Shah in her life, Shah Rukh Khan, for agreeing to produce Darlings with her. Besides the acting honours, the film also won Best Editing (Web Original Film), which went to Nitin Baid and Anirban Sengupta took home the Best Sound Design (Web Original Film) Trophy.
