Easy Japanese Food AT HOME

Almost all Americans are familiar with and enjoy Japanese food, but it’s typically a cuisine reserved for eating out. With their new cookbook, Love Japan, chefs Sawako Okochi and Aaron Israel are taking on this notion. “Many Americans still regard Japanese cooking as the domain of chefs and experts, and we seek to change that,” say the couple. “These are dishes you should attempt yourself, as most of them are simple enough to cook for your family or friends on a weeknight.” Indeed, these dishes utilize easy-to-find ingredients and simple methods to make wow-worthy Japanese food. Try one tonight!
