While closing day is usually the happiest day in the transaction cycle for most agents, for Jessica Gissa it’s always a little bittersweet. “I really love spending time with my clients,” she says. “Closing should be such a happy day, but for me it feels almost like a breakup. I get attached to my clients and it’s an amazing experience to help them and be a part of their journey, but I enjoy the process so much with them that I sometimes don’t want it to end.”

But in the end it does, and Jessica’s sales record is a testament to how often her transactions reach that happy conclusion at the closing table. With nearly eight years in the business, she typically sells around $12 million a year.
