Harish Mehta: You need to focus on the people or person who have a desire - a burning desire to move towards fulfillment, a hunger to become the person they were born to become.
Wherever you see RESISTANCE to learning, REQUIRE PERSUASION to think, make a choice, decision to show, there an attitude towards learning comes out. Resistance is more in older people I KNOW, I DONT need to learn - move on and let them be. The most effective way is to watch the desire in the eyes and the body language towards learning a new skill, a new knowledge and in believing that they need to go for the process to get the desired results.
