What's different? 
The cars will run on fully sustainable fuels with a targeted fuel flow rate of 70kg over a race distance.&nbsp;The hybrid element will see the Motor Generator Unit Heat, or MGU-H axed with the MGU-K (or Kinetic Motor Generator Unit) now generating 350kW in 2026 instead of the current 120kW output. Combined, the power unit should produce over a whopping 1,000PS.&nbsp;Crucially, there's an engine development cost cap limited to USD 95 million from 2022-2025 with the cap extending to USD 130 million from 2026.
Any new players? 
Audi's already been announced as a new engine player joining car manufacturers like Mercedes, Ferrari, and Renault, besides Red Bull Racing Powertrains, which could be the other new player.
