He came up with the 5CV, which was first displayed at the Paris Salon de l'Automobile in 1921, with production starting the following year.
Andrew Peel is the Citroën Car Club's co-ordinator for the early, rear-wheel-drive models and was approached by the family of late member Don Williams for help in finding a buyer for Don's 1923 5CV, which had been in storage for a long time. Andrew happened to have space for another car and the family was pleased to let it go to a fellow enthusiast.
