IN THE LATEST "CALL OF THE BLUE" VIDEO ON THE manufacturer's social media channeIs, the YZF-R7 and the MT-09 have been teased with "TN" registration number-plates. This indicates that the motorcycles' pictures have been shot in India and the launch is not too far away. They are expected to arrive towards the end of the year and will be imported as completely built-up units (CBU).
We may expect the YZF-R7 to be priced at around Rs 12 lakh, the MT-07 around Rs 9 lakh, and the MT-09 around Rs 13 lakh (all ex-showroom prices). We would have loved to see the Ténéré 700 make its way to India but it looks like that is not happening anytime soon considering that the bike is manufactured in France and getting it here would be a very expensive affair.
