A few years back at the Auto Expo, TVS showcased the TVS Creon, an electric scooter that not only looked revolutionary but also featured some incredible design details. Now years later, the company has launched the TVS X, the production version of the TVS Creon. So has the Creon charm gone missing? We tell you all about it.
The X looks the part no matter whichever angle you look at it. The front end is dominated by bodywork which reminds one of sporty motorcycles. The two sections meet up at the headlamp unit which is not only all-LED but also features signature lighting patterns. The indicators are flush fit as well. The X also gets smartly positioned cornering lamps which look good. The alloy wheel design though new looks much like the TVS NTorq scooter and that's a compliment.
In profile, the scooter looks very different thanks to the unique central spine where the battery pack resides. The charging flap sits atop. Now this is truly new for the Indian market and the only other product that sports such a design is a sporty ICEpowered motoscooter. The footboards on either side look large and the riding position is also much like conventional scooters and that's a good thing.
