ON CAREER

Exercise has always been an important part of my life. I was successfully competing in dance-sport since the age of five, took up long distance running at 10 years old, and I ran my first half marathon when I was only 11. I actually only started strength training last year and it has changed not only my body, but my whole life!

Currently, I am completing my nutrition and personal training courses, as well as expanding my knowledge of Ayurveda (my other passion). In the future, I would love to share my experience and show other women how they can take control of their health, fitness and life.

ON THE YEAR THAT’S BEEN

I went through a massive transition: I was studying full time and working full time too, as well as renovating my property. I also broke up with a long-term boyfriend. Long story short, exercise and health were not my top priority during that time. After my graduation, I had no motivation and I felt exhausted and unfit. Moreover, I missed training, competing and being on stage.

One day my best friend showed me some photos of bikini competitors on social media and suggested I give it a go. I started training for my first competition and fell in love with the sport, fitness and health industry. It has transformed my whole life and I have never been happier.

ON LOVING WHAT YOU DO

Being physically fit and healthy has so many benefits, both mentally and physically. It helps you feel more confident and happy, develops discipline and helps you be mentally stronger.
