With the whole world going through COVID-19 pandemic the focus is on telling people to stay motivated at home and adopt a healthy lifestyle by doing exercise and yoga.
While at home you & all you family members You can celebrate International Day with Clapping Therapy.
There are 39 different acupressure points for almost all organs on our palm that can be activated by clapping and improve one's health. When we clap in a way we are sending energies to all these points. If any organs has energy block it will help release the blockage helping inner organs to function in a better way. It is advised to perform this therapy in morning hours to receive maximal benefits. However, you can do it as per your comfort. You can even clap your hands every day after a meal.
In order to get good results before clapping you can apply coconut or mustard oil on the palms so that it is absorbed in the body. Strike both hands against each other, right to left, keeping them straight facing each other and the arms a little loose. Fingertips and the palm of each hand should strike each other.
Start with clapping 200 to 300 times the first day and increase the speed from 50 to 100 claps a minute and duration to about 20 minutes. A healthy person, to keep fit, should clap 1,500 times a day.
