Working women these days are often seen warning each other "sitting is the new smoking".

Most of the work in the modern workplace is done sitting at a computer table. The duration of working while sitting on the table chair has increased.

Those women, who work for six to seven hours sitting on the table chairs in the office, are troubled by the same diseases that chain smokers (excessive cigarette smokers) bother men. These diseases are: obesity, blood pressure, an increase of fat on the waist and buttocks, dangerous levels of cholesterol and digestive-related diseases.

According to a report published a few days ago in a reputed newspaper, the problem of the sitting syndrome is being seen more in women employees than in men. Male employees often roam outside the office during breaks, but female employees sit in the office due to insecurities to go out. If you sit on the chair-table in the same place for a long time, then you may have the following five types of diseases:
