The Mind-keep the years, coming

Ever since we become aware of life around us, the first fact that hits us is we are growing older. Crossing over to the teens is possibly the only time we look forward, to growing older. Leaving the teens is painful, thereafter, leaving the twenties and the saga continues. This is when we need to keep the years coming, but not accounted for, in the way we look. So, if you want to look young at sixty, start at sixteen, begin to take care of yourself. Anti-aging is a long-term plan. The attitude counts. Aging is a degenerative process, it can be lessened with the right food, keenly observe a family’s outlook is expressed in its members. If the mother looks young, her daughters also look young. Keeping an open mind to the dynamic changes in society lessens the friction we feel. Thereby there are fewer lines because of that. Applying a Zen mind to all situations should at least be attempted. It will keep you happy and the endorphins released. Happy people age less-faster. It also does not mean that they don’t have troubles! Handle troubles with a positive mind.
