Making love is something everyone looks forward to, and couples want to do it feeling relaxed, but not everyone is able to enjoy sexual desire to the peak because a condition such as impotence sets in. There are, however, foods that can help people get into the romantic mood. Let us explore.

Avocado: Avocado on toast in the morning is refreshing and tasty, and what a way to get into the romantic mood first thing in the morning! It is a powerful aphrodisiac contributed by the high vitamin E content. It is good for the glossy skin as well.

Banana: Banana on cereal or a bowl of banana and milk is tasty, and the fruit is delicious by itself, and yes it is a good aphrodisiac. It has the enzyme bromelain that helps in production of testosterone; and you need not to worry about acquiring energy, the vitamin B and potassium level in banana helps in maintaining good energy.

Pine nuts: A handful of pine nuts are tasty and for those who are in the mood there is nothing like it, it has good amount of zinc which is known to promote healthy libido. You can carry some pine nuts with you in office, or just have it whenever you like.

Honey: There is a saying called honeymoon and it is apt, honey does promote the desire for sex, contributed by the boron that provides energy and also regulates levels of testosterone and estrogen. Honey is easily available and can be had on cereal and toast. What is even more amazing is there is not much effort in spreading honey on bread or having it plain.

Fenugreek: Fenugreek is popular in South Asian dishes and it was used in ayurvedic medicine to boost libido. It helps in production of testosterone and estrogen and based on a scientific experiment a small group of men who were given 600mg of fenugreek extract for a period of six weeks showed increased orgasm and sexual arousal.
