ONE-DISH PASTA BAKE

• 500g dried penne

• 2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes

• 2 cups water

• 100g salami, thinly sliced

• 3 green onions,finely chopped, plus extra to serve

• ½ cup pitted olives, sliced

• ½ tsp chilli flakes

• ¹/³ cup grated tasty cheese

• ¹/³ cup fresh breadcrumbs

1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease an 8-cup baking dish.

2 In a prepared dish, combine pasta, tomatoes, water, salami, onions, olives and chilli flakes. Gently toss to combine. Season. Cover with foil. Bake 30 mins, turning occasionally.

3 Meanwhile, combine cheese and breadcrumbs in a small bowl. Remove foil and sprinkle over pasta. Bake a further 10-15 mins until golden. Top with extra green onions.
