Pulling off amazing Lego creations on TV every week is no easy feat, but it’s nothing compared to the challenges Lego Masters contestant David has faced being separated from his family in Colombia thanks to the COVID pandemic.

The project manager, who migrated to Australia in 2015, says the hardest thing he’s ever done was “leaving my parents and my brother in Colombia to migrate to Australia, knowing that we are halfway across the world and if anything happens to them, I can’t be there quick enough”.
