‘I really love my HOME LIFE!'

The best thing about being this age is that you’re unashamed about everything,’ says Tamzin, 50. ‘You’re, “This is who I am.” Yes, I’m menopausal, but it doesn’t mean I’m in a rocking chair!’

As if. Tamzin is far too busy making the most of life in north London with her beau of four years, actor Tom Child, who at 30 is 20 years her junior, and a stepfather to her daughters, Florence, 13, and Marnie, nine. Their father is Miranda and Luther star Tom Ellis – he and Tamzin divorced after eight years of marriage back in 2014.

Tamzin jokes when asked about her May-September romance. ‘I love what Joan Collins said about her [younger] husband Percy: “Well, if he dies, he dies!”’ she quips. ‘So I’m trying to keep that attitude about it. I think at the very beginning there was obviously a point where you either go for itor you don’t, thinking, “This is ridiculous”. But once you forget about it, it doesn’t feel like a big deal.
