Use a pair of flat-nose pliers to bend the staple legs inwards and flatten against the hoop. Allow to dry completely.<div style="page-break-before:always; page-break-after:always">4 Apply wood glue to the inside of the outer embroidery hoop and place around the inner hoop and tighten with the screw if it will reach. If it doesn&rsquo;t, use a piece of string and knot to secure the outer hoop tight.5 Pull a single piece of cane from the webbing and use it to wrap around the string, or tightening screw, at the top of the embroidery hoop to hang it up.
