CLEAN YOUR OVEN AND HUB

1START WITH THE SHELVES

Chances are, your oven needs a really good clean after cooking the Christmas dinner (and all the rest) so it’s worth investing in a specialist oven cleaning kit. As well as the cleaning solution, these sometimes include gloves to protect your hands and large sealable bags for the shelves. Wearing the gloves, carefully coat the shelves in the cleaning solution, place in the bags provided and set aside.

2 BLITZ THE CAVITY

Line the floor directly in front of your oven with newspaper and begin by scraping off any loose burnt-on food inside. Coat the oven cavity with the remaining cleaning solution using a sponge or a brush, but avoid the heating elements. Hard-to-reach areas can be tackled using an old toothbrush. If the door glass is removable, take it out and leave to soak in hot soapy water. Allow the solution to work its magic for the recommended time on the pack.

3 TRY AN ECO CLEANER
