Seven-Minute Maxi Protein Bliss Balls

Having a batch of healthy snacks on hand is the best way to prevent extra snacking throughout the day and help you stay committed to your wellness goals. And if you’re going to take the time to make a batch of bliss balls, it’s important to pack as many nutrients into each one as possible.

I’ve designed these bliss balls to maximise the micronutrient complex. Some of my key ingredient selections include coconut oil, as it has a wealth of health benefits and supports gut health and vitamin absorption. I chose sprouted versions of nutrient-dense chia and flax.
