Total Body TRX
TRX has made its mark as one of the best bits of portable fitness kit. But this super-smart suspension trainer also offers serious body benefits. It’s one of the best ways to develop total-body strength without the need for regular weights, while boosting your core, balance, posture and alignment.

Originally designed by a Navy Seal to allow training anywhere without the need for a gym, the two-handled strap can be used for feet or hands, allowing you to do a full range of movements that engage every muscle.

‘This TRX Total Body Workout is perfect to engage all the major muscle groups using functional movement patterns in one circuit,’ says Niko ‘The four leg exercises will sculpt your legs and glutes. The core section will strengthen your midline, while the upper-body exercises will tone your arms, chest and shoulders. Every TRX move develops core strength and stability. Perform consistently three times a week, three to four weeks and you’ll see a dramatic change in strength, tone and posture.’

1. SQUAT (Mid strap length)

●● Grab the handles, with elbows bent level with your ribcage and your TRX tight. Don’t lean back.

●● Place your feet shoulder-width apart and Slightly turn out your toes.
