So, you’ve finally pencilled in a date for your Wedding Daycongratulations! From wedding planners and photography, to cake designers and gifting, we’ve created our very own intimate wedding to help guide you through the fine details of your small, but extra special celebration. Take note, and be inspired by these little steps towards planning your Big Day.
The Photography
With intimate weddings planned for 2021, there’ll be a huge focus on details. Zehra Jagni believes there’ll be more country home weddings, with lots of English, fresh floral displays, which in turn, create gorgeous scents. Photography will focus on a true celebration of Indian tradition in attire, yet British tradition in décor and styling.
Hiring a wedding planner means there’s a central basis on the day and a team behind making sure the event runs on time. Planning can sometimes put a massive strain on a couple and their family, and a wedding planner can make sure the couple have a Wedding Day of their dreams with little or no stress. Having a smaller wedding, means paying more attention to the finer details. It may even mean having more to spend per guest, to allow couples to get creative when it comes to their reception. Couples might choose to pay more attention to décor – from stunning charger plates (such as the gold settings pictured) to fancy menu cards on the table. With health and safety being an utmost priority, wedding planners can liaise with vendors about their new covid-19 safety procedures, such as table layouts and food being served to each guest in a hygienic way. Having an impartial third party is also perfect for a couple to bounce ideas off, and keep budgets within reach.
