GETTING THERE & AROUND

Two major airports serve Washington, D.C.: Dulles International Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Although both actually lie in Virginia, they are the closest airports to the city. If you are in a nearby state, Amtrak offers a convenient option as well. While in the city, you’ll find plenty of ways to get around. You can always walk from place to place, but the Metro operates multiple stations throughout the city and can also take you to surrounding areas like Arlington, Virgina. Don’t forget about Uber, Lyft and cabs.
