Samsung’s new monitor is a touch confusing. It tries to be too many things at once. It does nothing well enough for anything to be considered a standout feature, leaving us at a loss to explain what it’s for. It is not a gaming monitor, what with its static 60Hz refresh rate and 14ms response time.
