MANY readers have asked me how Henry Cecil's favourite horse TWICE OVER is getting on nowadays. Well, he is doing well in South Africa as a stallion at John Koster’s Klawervlei stud near Bonnievale.
John Freeman manage Twice Over’s stallion career from his office in Cape Town and told me recently the son of Observatory had a twisted testicle that was giving him pain so it was removed but it has improved his fertility as a result.
TWICE OVER produced two champions from his first crop including Horse Of The Year DO IT AGAIN and he is much loved at the stud.
