An Abode Of Contemporary Classic In Gay Paris
The “Eternel” Parisian Apartment

The “Éternel” Parisian Apartment located at Rue George V in Paris tells a simultaneous story of contemporary and classic design. Stepping through the door of this apartment, one is invited on an exploratory journey through its six common areas and two master suite bathrooms, an exploration that fills the senses and imbues one with a sense of belonging, of returning to a place called home.

Within its classic architecture, this apartment references to nature and conjures up the cultures of the world through the materials, colors, and shapes observed in the selection of furniture and decor. The themes of earth, olive, and forest were chosen to create this beautiful project, a reflection of the apartment’s owner - a young lady who expresses to live life with vibrancy.

As a result, the strategy was to let the three themes drive the design, with a choice of combination of materials that spoke to each other, contributing to a warm, tactile, and visual feel all around the house.

JINGLE ENTRYWAY

Just like a jingle, this welcoming entryway to the apartment is simple in its sophistication yet stays top of mind. The simplicity of the warm, nature-based color palette welcomes and beckons home-owner and guest alike to journey further into the house.
