Former India match-winner Yuvraj Singh’s father Yograj Singh recently made a shocking claim when he alleged that Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni have backstabbed his illustrious son. According to Yograj, one of the former selectors Sarandeep Singh was constantly keen on dropping Yuvraj. Yograj even went to the extent of stating that his son was actually going to be the captain ahead of Dhoni, but destiny had something else in the store, which is why MSD got the honor.

Yograj’s explosive claims came after Yuvraj had earlier admitted that he got a lot more support from Sourav Ganguly as compared to Dhoni and Kohli. For the man who played stellar roles in India’s 2007 T20 World Cup and 2011 World Cup wins, it must have been mighty difficult to retire having been dropped from the team. However, Yograj’s allegations are not doing any good to the credibility of his superstar son. If anything, there are only undermining Yuvraj’s excellent achievements in international cricket.
