IPL franchises can have a maximum squad size of 25 players with a cap of eight on overseas cricketers. Most teams make it a point to have a number close to the maximum limit to increase their choices in case things do not go well. On the contrary, it also means that a lot of players can end up getting benched, because there is no way to fit them into a playing XI. As per IPL rules, a team cannot have more than four foreign players in a starting XI. On that lines, we take a look at five players who might not get a single game in IPL 2021.

1.KEDAR JADHAV

Jadhav scored 162 runs in 14 games in 2019 and 62 in 8 matches in 2020, both at a strike rate of under 100. With the likes of Warner, Kane Williamson, Jonny Bairstow, Manish, Jason Holder and Jason Roy (replacing Mitchell Marsh), Jadhav could be last in the pecking order for SRH.
