But no one was seen. Thinking they might have got delayed, I waited on a bench for some time, yet no one was seen. Those were not ‘mobile’ days. So, I went to a STD booth on the platform and called the home landline of Hirenji who was Vibhag Pramukh of Vivekananda Kendra at that time. His mother picked up the phone. She told me that he was in the college. I asked her the college phone number. She said she would have to search, so asked me to call after five minutes. I called after five minutes and got the number. When I called college, the Principal picked up the phone, he told me to call after 15 minutes as Hirenji was teaching in the class.
After 15 minutes when I called the Principal, he said, ‘Sorry he has not yet come, you call after 5 minutes.’ I was making one after other the STD calls so I asked, ‘He would come surely isn’t it? Or shall I call after 10 minutes.’ At that time the owner of the STD booth told me, ‘Behanji, you please give this number so that they can call you.’ Thankfully, I gave the number of STD booth to the Principal’s office.
Fortunately, after few minutes Hirenji called. I told him, ‘No one has come to the station’.
‘Didi, I have given the responsibility to two Karyakartas, they must have got delayed. I shall find out and tell you.’ He said assuring me.
After few minutes, he called and told, ‘Didi, they have left from home in the morning. You wait for 15 minutes or so, they would be reaching any time.’
After 15 minutes he again called to find out whether they have reached. Knowing that they have not reached he said, ‘I would find out and inform you Didi.’
He called me after sometime and said, ‘Didi, today there was severe rain so the bridges are submerged and no bus could go. It has stopped half way. So they have returned home. But I would find out whether there is any chance of water reducing as now the rains have stopped or possibility of some other route’.
After some time. he again called and told that, ‘Today no buses would go to Kota. So, Didi you can stay in some hotel and tomorrow you can take the early morning bus and come.’ We had planned Dampati Sammelan at Bhilwada and the first session was at morning 9.00 AM.

SWAMI VIVEKANANDA'S HISTORIC MEDITATION ON THE SREEPADA SHILA IN KANYAKUMARI
Have you ever heard of a young unknown Wandering Monk doing Dhyana to know the root cause of the downfall of a great nation from its pinnacle of spiritual glory to the depth of degradation?

CREATIVITY; A GRAND FINALE
SERIES OF CREATIVITY
Swami Vivekananda – The Fire, The Flame And Sparks
On the auspicious Makarasankaranti Day, 12th of January, 1863, was born Narendranath Datta, a veritable fire-ball of knowledge and renunciation from his childhood, who, later, under the benign influence of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, got metamorphosed into the great Swami Vivekananda – fore most among India’s Patriots, Saints and Philosophers—a true Master, Mentor and Moulder and Maker of India’s destiny. More than eight years have passed, since this flame, which drew people to him like a magnet, extinguished itself. Yet, the sparks therefore continue to set aflame the hearts of thousands with fiery ideals of renunciation, dedication and love for Motherland, spreading blazing trails of idealism.
