MUST CAPTURE NUANCED WEDDING DETAILS
Asian Photography|November 2021
The big day is all about the extravagance, the emotions and the excitement. and as a photographer, you are responsible for freezing each one of these moments forever.
NITYAPRIYA KALIYATH

But in the pursuit of the “big” D-day things, don’t forget to capture the tiny details! and more often than not, these small details are the ones that the couple have chosen after careful thought and consideration. However, deciding which details to capture and which to let go, is a difficult task. So, to ease your worries and help you stay focussed on clicking the most memorable moments, we have compiled a list of nuanced wedding details:

Rings

Rings are undoubtedly the most important wedding detail you need to capture. When clicking pictures of the rings, remember to take a variety of shots. For example, click pictures of the rings without any additional elements.

Conversely, capture the rings in connection with the venue and other wedding details. Place them on the wedding bouquet or between the petals of the roses. If the wedding is outdoors, consider hanging the rings from a twine. There is no limit to creativity here! Around 5-6 pictures of the rings would be more than enough for the wedding album.

Shoes, Dress and Accessories

Some of the first things you need to capture when you reach the bride or the groom’s room are pictures of the shoes, dress and the accessories.

Click pictures of the shoes from behind with one shoe placed at an angle to the other. If there are original boxes of the shoes still available with the logo emblazoned on it (especially if it is a well-known brand), capture a picture of the pair placed inside the box.

Instagram Tips For Photographers In 2021

In today’s mobile-driven world, even a small image can make a significant difference. “I don’t have time for another social network, and I don’t need Instagram,” other photographers frequently tell me. Despite this, they spend hours publishing on Facebook, 500px, and Flickr, where their work is seen by nearly no potential clients. Other photographers are essentially giving them followers, likes, and comments. Instagram can be valuable in ways you hadn’t considered before, and it shouldn’t take you long to establish a presence there.

Best Mirrorless Cameras Of 2021

Mirrorless cameras, often known as small system cameras, are no longer the daring upstarts they once were. The DSLR is no longer the king among cameras. Obviously, the greatest mirrorless camera to buy is determined by your skill level and preferred subject matter. Overall, you’ll want something tiny and portable, with an EVF, fast and precise focussing, and excellent image quality. Isn’t it too wonderful to be true? These aren’t the dates.

SIGNS IT'S TIME TO RAISE YOUR PRICE IN 2022

There’s no reason to raise your fees if your company provides these services! And when I say “raise your prices”, I’m not talking about a small increase each year to account for inflation. Is it true that I’m increasing my rates for the appropriate reasons? This is a crucial issue to emphasise. There are various incorrect reasons for boosting your photography rates: * you want to make more money; *you are attempting to replicate the prices of other photographers; *you haven’t raised your prices for a long time; *your style or specialty has changed. This is not a valid cause to increase your charges, as you should be confident in yourself and your company. Here are six points that will assist you in increasing your photography prices for good reasons:

ICONIC IMAGES THAT IMPACTED 2021

Every year in January, Asian Photography selects hundreds of images from photographers from every media possible. The greatest ones that make the final cut for the top might be magnificent in composition, disturbing to experience, news-making stories, or a combination of all three. We pause to honour these photos and their owners because we know there is so much more to photography than pressing the button on the camera. Photographers in these circumstances are intensely immersed in the people and surroundings depicted in their work, forming bonds that extend well beyond the single frame. These photos reflect the tale of a year filled with hardship and strength, a year in which photography provided views of a world that felt out of reach at times. The photographs, and the individuals who created them, demonstrate the power of great photography to inspire us, unite us, and remind us of our common humanity and how we had a crazy year.

In recent times Tamron has made the all-in-one ultrawide telephoto zoom lens market a world of their own honestly. They have some great lenses for the Canon and Nikon mount in similar focal ranges which we have reviewed as well and we’ve enjoyed using them. You can go onto our website or our YouTube channel to see those reviews as well. But in all our reviews I have always wondered and asked why isn’t Tamron making more lenses for the Sony and Fujifilm mounts? And looks like someone has been listening at Tamron and we now have the lenses for the Sony and Fujifilm cameras as well. Today we are reviewing the Sony E-mount lens and soon we will be reviewing the Fuji mount as well, so do stay tuned for that. The price of this ₹62,000 which is same for both the mounts and it is now available with a seasonal offer as well which you can check out on Tamron’s website as well.
