Angela Nicholson explains how and why to take your camera gear out of its comfort zone
Most photographers shoot the majority of their photographs during daylight hours and in dry conditions at between 10-20°C. That’s to be expected. They are the type of conditions that are most conducive to going outside with a camera: you don’t need any special equipment or clothing, and you can just grab your camera and go – even your tripod and bag can be left at home if you mount your favourite lens and accept its limitations.
