The court recorded in the final order that "the bandobust made outside the residence of the chief minister and on the road leading to his residence, in the wake of the permission sought on behalf of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha which was declined, was inadequate. It failed to prevent some miscreants from eventually reaching the gates of the CM residence and vandalising the area and public property."
The breach took place on March 30, during a BJYM protest against the CM's remarks on "The Kashmir Files" movie.
