Mumbai: When Mazgaon resident Imran Khan rides the unicycle, or the one-tyre cycle, people stop and stare at the wheel he is perched on. Khan will cash in on this to draw people’s attention to childhood diabetes, also called type 1diabetes, to mark World Diabetes Day (November 14).
