Mumbai: Residents of Matrumandir Society, the building next to the Tardeo tower where the fire broke out on Saturday morning, came to the rescue of those stuck at Sachinam Heights. First the staff from Matrumandir rushed to switch off gas and power supply at the affeced building to prevent the fire from spreading. And later, Matrumandir residents provided breakfast, lunch and space to over 200 residents who had run out of their homes to save their lives.
