Lucknow: Prime Minister Narendra Modi would be addressing his first virtual political rally of the Uttar Pradesh campaign on January 31, primarily for the districts voting in the first phase.

The Election Commission has put a ban on physical rallies and roadshows till January 31 amid rising Covid cases. The PM may address similar virtual rallies further if the EC extends the ban on physical rallies, sources in BJP said.
