One dropped catch, one no ball, one run out, one good or bad over can turn a game around. Both teams are captained by men who have seen both sides of the coin and will thus be exhorting their team to do the simple things right, deal with each ball on its merits and not to get ahead of themselves and the game. In the heat and dust of the battle, it’s never easy to accomplish that what with pressure lurking round the corner almost every ball.
