Kochi: The death toll in landslides and flash floods in Idukki and Kottayam districts of Kerala rose to 24 even as the state government put the number of deaths in rain-related incidents since October 12 at 38. As many as 9,081 people belonging to 2,541 families have been shifted to 240 relief camps.
