HC:Can this serial eloper be shamed to save other girls?

The girll’s parents moved a habeas corpus petition in the high court through lawyer Nirav Sanghavi. They complained that the accused was a married man and a father. He had eloped with a couple of girls in the past and this was his modus operandi to exploit them, they told the court

Ahmedabad: The Gujarat high court has asked the state government whether it can publicize details of a married man who has eloped with different girls only to dump them after exploiting them. This, to create public awareness and take preventive measures to ensure other girls do not fall prey to the accused.
