IAF man rubbishes suicide claim, says sailor son was killed; files complaint against shipping firm

New Delhi: An Indian Air Force officer has filed a police complaint in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, against a Hong Kong-headquartered shipping company for allegedly lying about the cause of his sailor-son’s death on board one of its vessels.

During a WhatsApp call to him on September 21 last year, his son had claimed that he had overheard some ship management officials talking about smuggling out a consignment of drugs and weapons through steamers
