New Delhi: Should Delhi follow the UK and European nations in easing restrictions that were imposed to curb the spread of Covid-19? With cases stabilising and hospitalisation in check, many people are demanding this and Delhi government is also in its favour.
“Covid positivity rate has reduced by 20% in the last 10 days. Today, it’s about 10%, opposed to the 30% positivity rate on January 15. All this is because of the consistent pace of vaccination,” said chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday, adding that his government would soon try to lift the restrictions and bring life back to normal.
