New Delhi: Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) on Wednesday allowed Chhath Puja celebrations at designated sites with strict protocols amid a significant improvement in the Covid-19 situation. On September 30, DDMA had prohibited public celebration of the festival, triggering protests.
