4-lane underpass for smooth access to Jangpura RRTS stn

The quiet residential locality of Jangpura found itself on the map of the high-speed Delhi-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor a couple of months ago. The 82-km-long corridor, which was planned to terminate at Sarai Kale Khan, was extended up to this south Delhi neighbourhood.

The location of the RRTS station, however, threw a challenge to the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), which is executing the project. The construction site, a NCRTC spokesperson said, has poor connectivity as it is landlocked by three railway lines.
