Yuchengco-led Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) further expanded its digital banking services due to mobility restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Eugene Acevedo, president and chief executive officer at RCBC, said the bank has deployed a “digital concierge” feature to service its web users.
“RCBC expands its digital banking services in response to the need of the market whose financial practices are moving online at record pace,” Acevedo said.
