With repeated emphasis on the presumption of innocence, President Duterte finally decided to publicly identify the members of the House of Representatives implicated in corruption in the Department of Public Works and Highways.
A festering problem

Eight incumbent congressmen and a former lawmaker were identified in a report prepared by the Presidential Anti-Crime Commission, which conducted a probe on corruption in the DPWH. The department had merited special mention by President Duterte himself for investigation.
