Sonia's strategy meet with Oppn leaders

AMID TMC chief Mamata Banerjee's efforts to stitch together an alliance of anti-BJP parties for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Tuesday held closed-door discussions with a group of Opposition leaders.

While sources said the purpose of the meeting was to devise a joint strategy in Parliament, it assumes importance as it comes in the backdrop of Mamata's all-out bid to attract non-Congress parties.
