Tempers run high as JSP, YSRC members clash in Kakinada

TENSION prevailed in Kakinada city on Sunday when leader and cadre of Jana Sena Party were attacked allegedly by the activists of YSRC when the former tried to lay seige to the residence of Kakinada City MLA Dwarampudi Chandrasekhar Reddy for his remarks against JSP chief Pawan Kalyan during a rally on Saturday.

Apparently, Chandrasekhar Reddy made objectionable remarks against Pawan Kalyan, following which JSP gave a call to lay seige to the MLA’s residence demanding an apology from the MLA for his comments. Hundreds of JSP activists including women took out a rally from Bhanugudi Centre to the MLA’s residence at Godavari Gunta in the morning.
