JUSTICE Munishwar Nath Bhandari, who assumed office as the Acting Chief Justice (ACJ) of the Madras High Court on Monday, said he would speak less and do more while serving the temple of judiciary.
He was administered the oath of office by Governor RN Ravi at the Raj Bhavan on Monday. Chief Minister MK Stalin, his cabinet colleagues, and other judges of the Madras High Court were present.
