KCR: Withdraw cases against farmers, give Rs 25 lakh to kin of deceased

TELANGANA CHIEF Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Saturday demanded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi immediately take steps to withdraw all cases against farmers who have been protesting over the three contentious agriculture laws, and announce ex-gratia compensation of Rs 25 lakh each for the families of those who died during the agitation.


Rao also said the Telangana government will provide ex-gratia of Rs 3 lakh to the families of Telangana each of the CM Rao "700-750 farmers" who lost their lives.
