HISTORICAL events have the unfortunate habit of repeating themselves, as has been experienced in past centuries.
People of many nations have, over time, taken to the streets to remove a leader - whether an emperor, monarch, president or a star - in order end a conflict. It seems the majority of Russians now caught up in the current Russian/Ukranian war are not in agreement with the aggression being waged by President Putin, and it is certainly true the majority of the world don't want a third world war.
Barring a Ukraine victory, it seems likely only the people of Russia or those who command their military forces can end this conflict.
Citizens of Moscow plus those of 60 other towns and cities in Russia have been on the streets, the majority in opposition to the horrific destruction being wrought in their name.
