Coronavirus rates in the city have risen back over the 1,000 per 100,000 mark, with the latest available figures showing a 13% week-on-week increase and health chiefs are urging people to be aware.
Dr Ruth Harrell, Plymouth’s Director of Public Health, said: “This is a highly infectious disease and so many people are having to take time not just off work but also out of their usual life by selfisolating, even if they have milder symptoms.
